Happy Monday beautiful souls! I hope your weekend was peaceful and that your week is off to a great start. I've been productive to say the least. I can't really say if it's the over-tiredness that is making my brain hyper-focus, or if it's the taking action with a determination to get things done, but whatever it is, I've been hyper-focused and that means productive. I have to say, I'm grateful for the 3 day weekends that my kids have been having at school. It's allowing me to tackle some bigger projects without completely wiping out. This weekend, we have built Ikea furniture, I have moved furniture around in my basement, I have reorganized my office and then some. I honestly have no idea where the energy is coming from, but while it's here, I am taking full advantage of it and getting stuff done. I guess what I'm trying to say is that the strategy is worth exploring. As a neurodivergent, mostly ADHD, I find that when I reach my level of saturation, I'm no longer even remotely functional. So, on the days where that level of saturation is nowhere in sight and I feel like I can go on for ever, I take advantage of the stamina and get more done. I know it won't last forever and I stay mindful of my state of being. I wouldn't want to over do it. In a way, this is about maximizing your capacity while still respecting your boundaries. This week, we have our 2 Get it Done! Body Doubling calls: The first on Tuesday the 6th at 10:30 am and the second on Thursday the 8th at 1 pm. I'm looking forward to seeing you there and celebrating your progress. Until then, Much love and blessings, May
