This is the home of Better and Best's foundational training for the people who serve the public: front desks, salons, dental and medical offices, libraries, restaurants, schools and community programs.
Most training asks, "How do I make this person behave differently?" Here we ask, "What is this person communicating, what might they need, and what can I do differently to make this environment more supportive?"
Our first course, Autism-Friendly Foundations, is 9 short video lessons, about 90 minutes to 2 hours, at your own pace. It includes a neurodivergent-friendly checklist, a quick-reference glossary, a knowledge check, and a Better and Best Certificate of Completion.
Taught by Elena, Master's in Special Education, with 7+ years supporting autistic individuals and their families.
