One thing I want to be very clear about this week:
Not everyone needs the same level of structure.
Some members are in a season where:
- they’re experimenting
- they’re learning
- they’re observing how things work
Others are in a season where:
- they want to move something specific forward
- they’re juggling a lot and need focus
- they’re tired of guessing what to do next
Both are valid.
What usually creates frustration isn’t lack of effort — it’s trying to use a setup that doesn’t match the season you’re in.
Too little structure → things drift.
Too much structure → things feel heavy.
The goal isn’t to do more.
It’s to have the right amount of structure for where you are right now.
Over the next couple of days, I’ll keep sharing how I think about this inside OBB1 — especially for members who want steady progress without turning their business into a full-time management project.
No action needed today.
