With Christmas just a few weeks away, our thoughts are turning toward festive meals and sweet treats. But what if this Christmas, we make space on our tables for food that truly celebrates both joy and well-being? What if we could savor dishes that nourish deeply, bring people together, and honor the season without the usual heaviness? Not about giving up tradition — but about enriching it. This is an invitation to dream, share, and create together: - Envision: What does a Christmas meal look like when it’s both comforting and energizing? - Imagine: Could we blend old recipes with new nourishment — think spiced almond cookies sweetened with dates, savory roasted root vegetables with herbs from the garden, or a warming golden milk tonic? - Create: Let’s gather our collective kitchen wisdom and build a small collection of feel-good festive recipes — shared freely with our community. We’re calling all: - Home cooks & festive food lovers to share your favorite wholesome holiday creations. - Gardeners & local food supporters to inspire with seasonal, homegrown ingredients. - Anyone who believes food can be both a celebration and a gesture of care. 🧪 The Science of Snackable Art 🥒
Hello, wonderful community! This experiment didn't come out of nowhere—it was born from the inspiring conversations happening right here among us. I wanted to bring those threads together into something tangible. I was deeply inspired by: - The vibrant discussions here and in the @Vasi Smith community about harvesting and preparing squash. - @Mike Gagnon's ongoing explorations and posts about creating healthy, satisfying treats. - @Rich Guy 's beautiful shares about working with berries. - The creative energy in @Mirjam Henzen 's group around raw vegan crackers. - And most personally, a dear friend who confided that she can't consume sweet fruits right now. This pushed me to think differently, focusing on veggies, unripe fruits, and berries to create something inclusive and nourishing for various needs. This project became my way of weaving these inspirations into a single, edible tapestry. #### 🌱 The Mission: To create delicious, nutrient-dense crackers from a base of powerful Paraguayan seeds (chia, flax, sesame) and transform local garden harvests—like squash, green papaya, and even hibiscus flowers—into a vibrant, edible canvas. #### 🔬 The Experiment & Analysis: This went beyond a simple recipe. We put these dehydrated crackers through their paces, analyzing: * Cracker Structure: Which seed-to-veggie ratio holds together without crumbling? * The Crunchiness Test: Finding that perfect snap. * Texture & Flexibility: The delicate balance between sturdy and chewable. The results were incredible! The natural colors from red beet juice and blackberries were a beautiful bonus. #### Let's Learn & Explore Together! @everyone: I’d love to turn this into a conversation and learn from all of you: * What’s one local ingredient you’ve been curious to experiment with? * Have you ever tried making dehydrated crackers? What was your biggest "aha!" moment or funny failure?

🌿 If you could sit with any traditional healer from history… 🌿
Imagine sitting by a quiet fire, the scent of herbs in the air, listening to the wisdom of someone who knew how to speak the language of plants — not just with the mind, but with the heart. ✨ Who would that healer be for you? Would it be a tribal shaman, an Amazonian curandero, a Taoist herbal master, a village midwife, or perhaps one of your own ancestors? And if you could ask them one question about plant medicine, what would it be? Would you ask how they discovered a plant’s spirit? Or how to bring nature’s rhythm back into our modern way of healing? Let’s open a circle of reflection —💬 Share which healer calls to you, and what question you’d bring to that sacred conversation. Maybe, through our collective curiosity, we can remember a bit more of that ancient wisdom together. 🌱✨ #################### Update: 🌿 Deep Dive: The Power of Intention in Healing & Living A follow-up to “If you could sit with any traditional healer from history…” A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined the inspiring conversation around healing, history, and heart-led living. Special gratitude to @Veronika Hübner for her profound perspective that took us on a journey far beyond the expected. Here’s what emerged from our dialogue: 🌿 The Gifts of the Magi – Exploring plants like sage not just as remedies, but as symbols of reverence and spiritual connection. 💞 The Power of the WHY – Discovering that the intention behind healing matters more than the method itself. 🌍 Returning to the Natural – How listening to our bodies and communities realigns us with true well-being. 💧 Mindset as Medicine – The role of faith and conscious ritual, inspired by insights like Masaru Emoto’s water experiments. This isn’t about religion—it’s about conscious living, healing from the heart, and realigning our actions with purpose. 🎥 Watch the Full ConversationThe recording of our conversation is now available here and in the Clasroom:👉 https://www.skool.com/nature-inspired-living-2560/classroom/bb02311a?md=2aae2bbaa45f443a92c7cca6cc95f84d

Did you guys know Emil is an amazing healer?
As it turns out @Emil Moldovan is not only the fearless leader of this amazing community, he's also a great tapping practitioner and Coach. Wow! I had a session with him today around my business. It was so unexpected and delightful what happened. I was laughing hysterically and yawning big huge yawns!! Hahahaha 😂 it opened up a lot of energy for me. I have more energy now and I don't feel tight in my chest when I think about my business. If you need some support in your business or life in general I would suggest you hire Emil and work with him! We're working together on a weekly basis and I can feel the shifts from the first week until now.
