No-Bake Vegan Fudge
I discussed this in one of the post threads here, so for the sake of completion and clarity, I think I should post it all here:
Mix:
1 cup of coconut oil (usually the thick or solid kind)
1 cup cashew butter
1/2 cup organic cocoa
1/4 maple syrup
Put in 8x8 pan, or pie plate, or whatever you have
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
Cut into squares of the desired size.
Enjoy.
Keep refrigerated.
