It's Saturday my friends.
It's the day to relax a moment then get things done, right?
Wrong!
Well, maybe we have a to do list, but we'll get to that in a bit.
I'd like you to take a moment to reflect on the week past, take thos moments that felt overwhelming, frustrating or just plan out draining and "Frog" them.
That right, just take then right out! Frog them to the point that the only signs if them that remain are the lesson in the mistake. Let's face it, every oops comes with a lesson.
Now, breath....

🌬 2 - deep but steady - let it go (let it go, hhmmm hhhmmm hhhmm ⬅️ thats humming the song BTW)
🌬 3 - slow and steady - inhale the lesson, exhale intension
