you ARE a badass š
the most bad ass thing Iāve ever done wasnāt becoming a nurseā¦
it wasnāt become a board certified nurse coachā¦
it wasnāt starting NP schoolā¦
it wasnāt becoming a motherā¦
it was PRIORITIZING my physical & mental well- being & removing alcohol from my life š§š¼āāļø
it was becoming self- aware of how I was disrespecting my body
it was becoming aware of the potential to pass down generational traumas & unhealthy habits
what I thought was selfish was the complete opposite. Itās SELF LESS.
of course thereās moments I crash the F out- Iām humanā¦Iām allowed to, but itās rare because Iāve put systems into place.
& now I show up as a calm, confident, present mama- the one my daughter deserves š
