Hi, my name is Tamaryn and I'd like to welcome you to a hidden world that has always existed, right beneath your feet and all around you. I have been journeying with the Drum for a long time. One of our oldest instruments in the world, that carries the teaching of how to access that which lies beyond our 5 physical sense. Although I have been a gardener for many many moons, it has only been in recent years that I have begun the journey of connecting more consciously on a deeper level, learning to listen to the plants, learning to be still long enough to receive their amazing lessons. Before there were herbal books and google searchers, our Ancestors learned directly from the plants, and in some parts of the world they still do. These incredible ancient teachers, these beings that have existed for more time than we can fathom, are truly ancient teachers. They hold physical medicine that supports our bodies to come back into balance, yes, but they also hold energetic medicine that helps us not just on a physical level but on a psychological one too, helping us to grasp lessons and embody ways of being that may have eluded us for a long time. They help us see a new way of being. This group is about walking beside you, as we Re-member! Remembering who we are, our place in the world and dancing the lost parts of ourselves back together. We will explore a variety of plants, mostly herbal, medicinal. We will develop a relationship with them through growing them, meeting them and connecting. We will discover their Wisdom, and what they have to share with us. We will learn how to work with them on a physical and energetic level. We will explore different preparations and energetics. We will remember that we have the capacity to connect, learn and receive directly from Nature. Deepening our relationship to Nature, to the elements and to the plant kingdom, opens a whole new world of experience and possibility. Lets imagine a new world together!
