Welcome to Natalia’s Wellness
I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve ever felt yourself getting attached quickly, choosing avoidant men, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, you’re not alone — and nothing about that makes you “too much” or “not enough.” I learned about attachment styles early on when I was getting my psych degree, but understanding the theory didn’t stop me from living the patterns myself. It wasn’t until I started doing deeper therapeutic work — on myself and with clients — that things finally made sense. The nervous system, the fears, the old wounds, the way we bond… it all connects. This space is for women who want clarity, compassion, and real change. We’ll explore attachment patterns, the anxious–avoidant cycle, emotional regulation, self‑worth, boundaries, and what it actually takes to move toward a secure, steady connection. What brought you here today — and what are you hoping to understand or change?

Where You Lose Yourself in Love
One of the biggest attachment traps is confusing emotional availability with emotional fantasy. You fall for the version of them you hope they’ll become: more consistent, more communicative, more invested, more secure. But attachment doesn’t heal in fantasy. It heals in reality - in how someone shows up today. When you stop relating to their potential and start relating to their patterns, your relationships become clearer, calmer, and more grounded.

Where You Lose Yourself in Love
The “Settling vs. Self-Abandonment” Distinction
Some people don’t “settle.” They self-abandon in small ways until it becomes a lifestyle. Ignoring red flags. Over-explaining. Accepting crumbs. Calling anxiety “connection.” Healing starts when you stop negotiating against yourself.

Your Nervous System Interprets Before You Think
One of the most overlooked parts of attachment work is noticing the moment your interpretation becomes the trigger, not the event itself. A delayed text, a weird tone, a shift in energy… those are neutral. Your nervous system decides what they mean. A useful check-in: What story did my mind create here, and is it the only possible story? Drop one moment this week where you realized your reaction came from the meaning you assigned, not the actual situation.
