Welcome! Start here 🙏
This community is for you if you did everything you were supposed to do in life, but still feel something is missing — and you don't know what it is. Maybe a life event shook you awake, or maybe it's just a quiet feeling. - First, introduce yourself. Comment below with your name, where you're from, what phase of life you're in right now and what brought you here. There's no wrong answer — "I'm not sure yet" is an honest place to begin. - Then, let's talk. I'd love to hear your story in a short welcome call — just a real conversation. Book here: https://calendar.app.google/uRH15Py61Xt7qLqt8 Check the Calendar tab for upcoming events. One last thing: this community is new, and it will grow with you. More is coming — step by step, no rush. I'm really glad you're here! — Narayani

Where are you right now? 🌿
Not where you're supposed to be. Not where you're heading. Just — where are you, honestly, today? Maybe everything is fine on paper and something still feels unfinished. Maybe life just turned upside down and you're finding your feet again. Maybe you can't name it yet. Maybe you're just curious what this space is about. All of that belongs here. I'll start in the comments. Then you — one or two sentences is plenty. No right answers.
A 5-minute practice for a foggy mind (try it today)
Whether your mind is quietly restless or in the middle of a storm — don't think harder. Quiet the mind first. Close your eyes and: - Inhale through the nose, counting 4 - Retain, counting 4 - Exhale through the mouth, counting 8 Repeat 9 times (about 2.5 minutes), or more if you feel you need it. The longer exhale settles the nervous system. Then open your eyes and write your answers to two simple questions: "What person or situation am I not accepting right now?" "Can I change it?" What you can change calls for action. What you can't calls for acceptance. The questions only work on a settled mind — that's why the order matters. Try it now, then come back and share: what came out on your paper? (One line is enough. Mine surprised me the first time too.)

Nobody talks about this part.
You did the things. The career, the family, the house, the trips. People would say you have a good life — and they're not wrong. And still, some quiet moment, a small question shows up: is this it? For some it arrives quietly. For others it comes with a storm — a loss, a burnout, a life that suddenly looks different than planned. Same question, different doors. Either way: it's not ingratitude and you're not broken for asking it. Mine came with both. I was an engineer close to burnout when lockdown gave me unexpected stillness — and one thought landed hard: my spiritual life was getting the leftovers of my time and energy. I couldn't keep living the same way. The question wasn't the problem. It was the beginning. If you've heard it — loudly or softly — you're in the right place. 🙏
