warning - existing account credits stolen away every month!

hello everyone, as much as i like the team and all that you provide i have come across a very fraudulent policy of Mystic that should definitely be changed because it is theft!

i upgraded my plan from 20$ to 60$ because i ran out of credits however this month i would like to downgrade because i cant afford 60 a month at this time nor am i using it as much as i would like which should make no difference anyway. i still have 1100 of the 1200 credits unused. i was just told by customer support that there is NO CREDIT ROLLOVER, so lets call it what it is....stealing something that i already paid for. extremely disappointing and disrespectful!!

UPDATE - its all plans, every month. every subscription renewal date all existing credits are removed
