Challenging myself to think positive brings on a whole new spectrum of vibrations, guiding vibes, energy lessons to learn in life. The first and foremost lesson that we learn is about TRUST. This is a biggie lesson to learn in your path. The key to trusting the information given, in the gift of the communicator in spirit who is bringing through the much needed evidential information, trusting in yourselves and in others who you align with on the path and journey through the lifetime now. Glancing at trusting ourselves, the part of the parcel with trust begins there. If at some point in our lives, we have struggled with self-doubt, doubt, self-esteem, the lack of belief that YOU CAN DO IT! Have you ever heard someone say that you are your world's worst self critic? If you have, the healing aspect of this is to build yourself up rather than tear yourself down or apart. Choose words that impact your sentences and respond to the situation, rather than react to it. Trusting in yourselves is implictly the first step to trusting in the ability or gift that you have got with which you can choose to help other people with in time and in a professional capacity overall. Take time to put a bit of a positivity in your steps. Dance if you feel restless, or that there's energy not being used that could flow through you to be put to good use. Guiding energy and trusting in ourselves and our higher selves is part of the learning process and a good lesson to have in your intinery.
