Welcome Gentlemen!
It's great to see some familiar faces in here! Thank you all for jumping in on this next chapter of Men's work that Reko and I are sharing.
Some things to note here. This app is designed to support growing meaningful community. We've been finding that social media has really changed the past few years, its harder to reach our own followers as our feeds are full of ads and viral content that's being pushed to a new audience. It's no longer feeling like the place to share more deeply with an audience.
Our intention here is to build a community together. We are not here to preach to you how to live your lives, but to support you to deepen your own inquiry. This is what we do as coaches, and so this platform feels like a more appropriate fit. Reko and I are also both projectors in human design, and we thrive on invitations. If there is something that you see that you want or would improve the experience, please share, and invite us to support you.
Some things to know about this app. Participation is tracked, everytime you comment or post and it gets a like, you get a point. Totals are tallied in the leader board section of the app. We are going to start with two monthly group calls, where priority for support will be given to the leaders on the leader boards. As the group numbers grow, we will increase the opportunities to join calls, and increase the incentives for participation.
There are different categories you can post into, I have created some to start where I will be starting some conversations sharing some resources, and we can add more as new ideas arise.
The category about Questions for Support is where you can ask us questions that Reko and I will answer on a recorded video podcast that we will upload here in Courses. We are looking for invitations to share our perspectives on that would bring value to the community. This would be a huge gift to us, as one of the challenges we are facing with our podcast project is creating the energy of invitation so we can both enter correctly.
This is a space that will become what we make of it! Let's make something beautiful together.
