Rewards 🎉
Rewards are one of the most overlooked parts of making a Project.
Last call we discussed their importance and some strategies for implementing them.
- Scale
- Make the reward proportionate to the action or milestone
2. Alignement
- Make the reward aligned with your project. It doesn't have to be related, but don't make your rewards break your budget if your project is to save money.
3. Incentive
- If there is something that you want to buy, do, or experience, make it the reward for an action or milestone that you are aiming for. Don't PREWARD... always REWARD. Delay the gratification until after you have achieved your task or target.
