Different Proteins for Different Needs
Quick real-life nutrition talk this morning 👇
I tried the new Level-1 Gooey Butter Cake flavor today and realized something important:
My body just doesn’t tolerate heavier whey blends the way it used to.
For the past couple years, I’ve personally stuck with Phormula-1 isolate instead of Level-1 because:
✔️ it digests faster
✔️ it feels lighter on my stomach
✔️ it works better with slower digestion
✔️ and honestly… super sweet “dessert” flavors just don’t sit well with me anymore
That doesn’t mean Level-1 is a bad product at all — it’s just designed differently.
LEVEL-1:
  • blended whey protein
  • slower digestion
  • thicker texture
  • better for baking/shakes/meal replacement feel
PHORMULA-1:
  • isolate
  • fast digesting
  • lighter texture
  • easier on my stomach
  • better fit for my current lifestyle and hormones
And I think this is something more women should talk about honestly:
Sometimes your nutrition changes because YOUR BODY changes.
Especially with:
  • menopause
  • hormone shifts
  • GLP1s
  • slower digestion
  • appetite changes
  • or food sensitivity changes
What worked 10 years ago may not work now — and that’s okay. 💛
