One of the things we talk about here in The Nurses Sanctuary is learning how to care for ourselves with the same compassion we so freely give to everyone else.

This Saturday, August 22nd, from 9:00–10:00 AM Central Time, Tammy is generously offering a FREE 60-minute virtual group breathwork session centered around:

This will be a gentle, easy, and supportive hour designed to give you space to breathe, reconnect, and simply receive for a change.

If you spend your days caring for, supporting, helping, or holding space for others, this one is for you. 💜
