Coming soon we will have weekly Meditations: Every week, I will post a new 25-30 minute meditation designed specifically for the busy, beautiful minds of nurses. These are gentle, reflective, with grounding practices to help you anchor into your own energy. There is also a library of Quicky meditations called “10 to Zen”! If you’re coming are going, those are for you! 3.
