đŸŒ± About the Classes in This Community
I want to take a moment to explain how the classes in this space are meant to be used - and why they’re here.
Inside this community, you’ll find two core collections:
Moody Talks (Foundational Library)
These are private reflections on big feelings, parenting, healing, and showing up when things are hard. They’re intentionally housed here now - not on social media - because they’re meant to be received in a safer, quieter container.
DBT for Kids: Core Skills Library
These are short, practical lessons designed to help teach emotional regulation skills to children. They’re tools you can return to, practice and adapt - whether you’re a parent, caregiver or professional.
I’ve chosen to keep both of these libraries free inside this community for now.
Emotional skills shouldn’t be locked behind pressure, and I want people to be able to learn, reflect and decide if this space feels supportive before anything else is asked of them.
In the future, this community may include both free and paid offerings - especially around live support, deeper practice, and guided experiences - but right now, this space is about access, safety and connection.
There’s no expectation to watch everything. There’s no requirement to post. You’re welcome to participate, ask questions or simply read quietly until you feel ready.
I’m really glad you’re here.
💗 Jen
