Welcome, you are early. Right now this community is like a brand new gym at 6 a.m. The lights are on, the mats are clean, the music is ready, and we are waiting for the first few brave souls to walk in and make it their own. If you are reading this, that is you. This community is for people who want to improve their health using a systems approach, not random hacks. We focus on 5 pillars: - Sleep - Stress and nervous system - Exercise and movement - Hydration - Nutrition You do not have to “fix” all five. You start where you are and build foundations step by step. I will be here regularly, sharing tools, asking questions and guiding challenges so you are never doing this alone. Your first step: A simple intro To keep this easy and manageable, you can copy and answer this template in a comment: 1. Where are you joining from? Country or city is enough. 2. Which pillar feels the most wobbly right now? Sleep, stress, exercise, hydration or nutrition. 3. What is your current “health kryptonite”? The habit that trips you up the most. Examples: scrolling in bed, raiding the snack drawer at 10 pm, living on coffee. 4. Optional fun one:If your health right now was a movie title, what would it be? Short answers are perfect. You do not need to write an essay.
