My close rate has been absolutely awful this year. We create mockup designs with JollyLights and edit background with Gemini and call back within about 20 minutes. Sometimes they dont even look at the mockups while on phone. Most the time we get ghosted after sending the mockups.

I'm planning to have my VA, Dan, take the inbound calls, prequalify them, then schedule for me to come to their home for IRL estimate 30 minutes from time of call, and show his mockups. I really am needing to turn this thing around in the 1-2 weeks. What are your thoughts?
