Favorite Vinegars and Oils

I was commenting on a post in a community and wanted to share my favorite vinegars and oils company and was wondering what are your favorites to use on salads.

We hear in the news so many bad ingredients going into local store big name chain product salad dressings.

Here's mine Olive Tap and there is a little store in Long Grove, IL. There are other shops they own and ship from there too. I always enjoyed going in the store for product tastings.
