How’s everyone? I’ve been trying to timebox a bit better between my full time job, part time teaching, starting my AAA, as well as being a dad of three littles and husband. Can’t burn all the hours in a day.
Now I’m focusing on creating my lead automation pipeline. Source ‘em, contact em, follow up etc. monetize that flow for one of my offerings. Going to couple the industry I’m targeting at that time and create some blogs related (why does GBP hate me for not having a physical location?!)?
One realtor I’m working with is adamant he doesn’t need anything really (even though he has no crm, etc). He’s thinking of maybe just integration constant contact with Google contacts (native function) etc.
Trying to get discussions going as a basic workflow/process automation review then show the value from there.
Only been stood up for maybe 60 days. Still trying to get that first client.
