My name is Laurey Packard. I was diagnosed with ADHD 3 years ago. I created this community because I live with ADHD, PTSD, and Autism, and I know firsthand the challenges, misunderstandings, trial-and-error learning, and hidden strengths that come with them. For years, I had to figure out systems, communication, health routines, finances, and work strategies on my own, not because I lacked effort, but because the world isn’t built for the way our brains and bodies function, react, shut down, or process.
I’m not here as a clinician or expert in everything. I’m here as someone who has learned through lived experience, research, failures, and breakthroughs. What I know well enough to teach, I’ll offer in classes. What I’m still figuring out, we’ll explore together in the community.
This space exists so we don’t have to mask, explain, or apologize to be understood. It’s a place for real conversation, useful strategies, and connection without judgment. You’re welcome here exactly as you are.
