The RoadMap Problem
"Post 3x a day." "Go viral on TikTok." "DM influencers." "Run ads." You've heard all the tips. But **nobody gives you the actual roadmap** how to roll out a single, when to pitch media, how to build momentum between releases. So you try everything and stick with nothing. Then blame yourself. The system is broken. Not you. **Next post: What professional tools you're missing (and why it matters.)** #MusicPromotion #ArtistDevelopment #IndieMusic

Community Guidelines
Welcome to Muzik – Pro Artist Network! This is a safe, professional space for independent artists, producers, and creators to share knowledge, collaborate, and grow together. These guidelines ensure our community thrives. Our Core Values 1. Respect & Professionalism – Treat all members with courtesy and dignity. 2. Collaboration Over Competition – We rise together. Share wins, offer help, celebrate each other. 3. Authenticity – Be real. Share genuine experience and honest feedback. 4. Inclusivity – All genres, experience levels, and backgrounds welcome. No gatekeeping. 5. Growth Mindset – Listen to learn. Be open to feedback and new ideas. DO’s ✓ • Share generously – Post wins, lessons learned, resources, and opportunities. • Give constructive feedback – Use Feedback Friday to help peers improve. Be specific and kind. • Ask questions – No question is too basic. Industry Q&A exists for this. • Introduce yourself – New members: share your story, genre, and goals in Introductions. • Collaborate – Use Collaboration Corner to find partners (producers, vocalists, engineers). • Support peers – Celebrate releases, offer encouragement, make introductions. • Follow opportunity deadlines – If you post or share opportunities, include clear deadlines. • Be on time – Join office hours and group calls punctually if you register. DON’Ts ✗ • No spam or self-promotion outside designated channels – Share your music once per release in Releases channel only. • No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination – Any form is grounds for removal. • No fake opportunities or scams – Do not post false gigs, illegal schemes, or MLM offers. • No gatekeeping – Don’t gatekeep knowledge, connections, or opportunities. • No excessive complaints without solutions – Vent occasionally, but focus on moving forward. • No competitor bashing – Critique ideas, not people. Avoid calling out by name. • No unsolicited DMs for sales – Respect members’ privacy. Use public channels. • No pirated content or copyright violations – Share only original or properly licensed work.
