Many Muslim men were taught to be strong by staying silent.
But silence is not strength when it becomes isolation.
Mental health struggles do not mean weak īmān.
They often mean unresolved pain unprocessed stress and loneliness.
The Prophet Muḥammad Ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam spoke. He sought counsel. He made duʿā. He expressed sadness. That is prophetic masculinity.
Strength is not pretending you are fine.
Strength is facing what is inside you with honesty and tawakkul.
