Sometimes I genuinely wonder:
Am I crossing a line?
Is this cheating?
Should AI really be able to help this much?
But honestly?
You should be doing this.
You should be feeding AI examples of things you love.
Exact examples.
You should be teaching it your style, your voice, your systems, your workflows, your thinking.
You should be setting instructions.
Setting memory.
Building project files.
Refining the process.
Repeating what works.
Because the real power is not random prompting.
The real power is building something repeatable.
Most people wait too long to do that.
They stay in “playing around” mode forever instead of building systems that actually support their life and work.
And honestly?
I think we need to fail forward faster.
Jump in.
Experiment.
Play.
Put things out there.
Refine as you go.
That’s how you learn.
I’m embracing this myself right now.
Next week I’m leveling up with a physical CEO binder.
I found some old consulting binders with printed weekly schedules, organized materials, tabs, and systems inside and something clicked for me.
I realized I need more of my important thinking offline again.
Not less AI.
Better structure.
I want to centralize my calendar.
Track what I planned versus what I actually did.
Document changes instead of quietly drifting away from the plan.
Use AI to help me stay focused and intentional.
Eventually even build daily dashboards around my calendar and email.
Not to become a machine.
To become more intentional.
I want to boost clarity, focus, follow through, and protect my off time at the same time.
As entrepreneurs, that’s the hard part.
And I’m doing it out loud because I want you to do it too.
So my question is:
What are you playing with right now?
Get in the sandbox.
Get on the swing.
Start experimenting with AI.
