Win Update: LOI signed and accepted for 6plex Mulberry Deal in MD

The last few months have tested us in ways we never expected.

Both my partner and I had family in the hospital, fighting through serious health issues, and we weren’t sure they’d make it out. We were young, barely stable financially, and suddenly serving as the linchpins for our families’ health and stability. In the middle of all that, we kept pushing — because we want the ability to provide for the people we love.

And finally, that persistence paid off. We just received the signed LOI from the seller on 131–135 Mulberry St and are officially moving into PSA drafting with our attorney. Next up is the capital raise, and we’ve already prepped materials, including a packet and a post soon to come in the Live Deals section for feedback.

This LOI isn’t just a step in a deal — it’s proof that you can keep moving forward even when life gets heavy. Grateful for this community and excited for what’s next. 🙌
