The Final Phase of the Robin Hood

After completing a seven-figure buyout of my partners, I now own 100% of the equity in Robin Hood Village Resort. I’ve been faced with a choice:

👉 Sell some equity - and bring on a few partners with a small capital raise and finish the project this year, or...

👉 Fund it purely from earned income over the next three years.

Following the same principles that drive Multifamily Strategy—always finish the project as quickly as possible and scale quickly—Danni and I have decided to bring on select new partners to fully optimize Robin Hood now.
