My buyer is looking to offload 15 mm by end of year
Happy Wednesday, all. I have a buyer looking to invest 15 mm by end of year on some multifamily properties. Would need to be in landlord friendly states. Six plus units, cash or creative is OK. Does anyone have anything that would fit this criteria?
