Homework

Manties, I have fixed the homework folders. Now the first thing you'll see in the course when you go to the Multifamily Strategy course section. Both weeks 1 and 2 are there, and a ton of you have already responded to it, so thank you very much for that.

For everyone not yet a part of the mentorship but part of this general community, a quick summary from this week's homework that you can do yourself in your own market. If you haven't done it yet, choose three sub-markets literally this week. Write them down, and you are looking for a place where you have a competitive advantage and you are excited to own. Research the deals there and start underwriting what you see on the market in those markets.

If you're getting stuck on any piece of the underwriting, you probably know what you need to learn next.....
