I joined Niina’s Online Muay Thai Academy from day one and absolutely love it! As a complete beginner, I really appreciate the gradual, safety-focused approach and detailed technical teaching. The recordings let me learn at my own pace. Niina is incredibly supportive and gives detailed feedback on videos I send her. The community is also fantastic, with everyone cheering each other on, even for the smallest wins. It feels like real coaching, not just an online course. Highly recommend! 🥊❤️

I highly recommend the Niina Carita online Muay Thai Academy! I joined two weeks ago with absolutely no previous martial arts experience, and I love it. The combination of pre-recorded lessons and live classes with personal feedback is phenomenal and truly unique. Being able to learn directly from a Scandinavian champion is amazing. Niina is incredibly patient, making the lessons clear and perfect for beginners. For the price, the value is incredible. It is an outstanding experience.

I absolutely love Niina Carita’s Muay Thai Online Academy! I’m a complete beginner, I’ve only been training for four weeks and I’m amazed by how much I’ve already learned- I now have my fighting stance and movement to some seriously cool elbow strikes! The program is well structured, easy to follow, and makes learning Muay Thai from home fun and motivating. Niina explains everything so clearly, and the community is the best - so supportive, welcoming, and kind. Highly recommend! 🥊❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding! One of the very best Martial Arts online programs I’ve come across. The technical quality is exceptionally high: clean, precise Muay Thai, detailed yet easy-to-follow explanations, and excellent personal feedback. Niina is an outstanding instructor and a great person to learn from. You feel supported, taken seriously, and in very good hands. If you want high-quality Muay Thai with real attention to technique and detail, this Academy is highly recommended.
