I got a direct request from a lead on Furnished Finder and by asking those questions @jameshwang talks about asking, I got a potential opportunity!

let’s see where it goes!! I’m asking a few people in the group I started if they could help me round up everyone’s listings, so I can add them all (or as many as possible) to the site I’ll share with this lead. She’s considering booking our only available (newest) unit and she’s the Cost Manager for a company based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Reach outs on FB to start connecting with others in Denver
Get a friend to build a website
Start asking things like, what brings you into town.
Offer other units in the community

I hope this becomes a great opportunity for all the people in my local community. It would be so great to fill a bunch of units and get a company to work with us for the first time!!
