Hi everyone, I'm Carlo. I'm excited to share my strength & conditioning program with you. I’ve been cycling for a decade, and over the last two years I’ve shifted heavily into mountain biking. Throughout my cycling journey, I’ve always strength trained, but I used to follow generic strength programs that weren’t tailored for cyclists. I lifted heavy 4–5 days per week while riding 3–4 days per week—which eventually led to major burnout.
I built strength, but not the kind that actually improved my riding. When I looked for cycling-specific programming, I found routines that were either too high in volume, lacked meaningful compound movements, or didn’t train the body through all three planes of motion.
That gap is what inspired the creation of Duc in Altum Fitness—training that builds resilient, powerful riders without burning them out. I’m excited for you to dive in and experience the difference.
