Welcome to MHF, a beginner-friendly training community for people who want to feel confident in the gym (even if right now you’re thinking, “I’ve joined… now what?”).
We’re keeping it simple and focused on the stuff that matters most:
  • learning the big movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull)
  • improving technique without overcomplicating it
  • building consistency you can actually stick to
No ego. No “all or nothing”. No pressure to be perfect. Just clear coaching, practical habits, and a place to ask questions without feeling silly.
Each week you’ll get 3 short posts (Mon/Wed/Fri) plus a weekend check-in. Every post has one main teaching point and finishes with a quick “Reply with…” prompt so you can join in, get feedback, and build momentum.
