I joined this group 5 months ago. I was a wreck when I joined & I am still on my health journey. It took a lot of years of poor health choices & just plain not knowing any better on a lot of things. But I would like to say that I have learned so much in here. My health is significantly improving. She has put together a blueprint that is simple to follow. I like that the materials are always available to go back and review. I also enjoy the weekly lives. They have been super encouraging! ❤️
