Whether you’re navigating loss, preparing for tomorrow, or simply learning how to live more intentionally, this space is for you. Here’s how to make the most of your time here: 1. Explore the Categories Each category is designed to meet you where you are: morLIVING… With Intention-For reflections, practices, and daily reminders that help you live with meaning, ownership, and responsibility. Preparing for Tomorrow- Resources and conversations to help you plan your care, legacy, and wishes — emotionally, spiritually, and practically. No One Teaches You How to Die- A safe, honest space to talk about dying, grief, and the lessons loss can teach us about living fully. Caregiver’s Corner-A space for those giving care — to be seen, supported, and reminded that you matter too. 2. Join the Conversation - Introduce yourself in the Welcome Post and tell us what brought you here. - Share your story, or simply listen. Every form of presence is participation. - Use kindness, compassion, and confidentiality — these are the foundations of this room. - 3. Engage with the MOR Living Philosophy You’ll see references to MOR Living, which means Meaningful Ownership and Responsibility. It’s the heartbeat of everything we do here — learning to take gentle ownership of our lives and legacies while caring for ourselves and others with love. Here’s what you can expect: MORNING MONDAYS: Reflections & Intentions We begin the week with stillness. Share a quote, reflection, or gratitude that sets your tone for the days ahead. “What intention are you holding this week?” TALK TUESDAYS: Open Conversations A day for dialogue. Ask questions, share experiences, or offer wisdom from your caregiving or grief journey. This is where community comes alive through empathy and exchange. WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS: Care for the Caregiver Focus on you. Explore emotional balance, spiritual renewal, or physical self-care. Because those who care for others deserve care too. THOUGHTFUL THURSDAYS: Preparing for Tomorrow Practical guidance on planning — from advance directives to legacy letters. Learn how Mori can help you make loving choices that bring peace, not pressure. STORY FRIDAYS: From Grief to Growth Every Friday, we honor our shared humanity through stories — of loss, love, and renewal. Your words might be the light someone else needs. WEEKEND RESET: Rest & Remember Weekends are for pause. Take time to breathe, journal, or simply be. Drop a note of gratitude or reflection from your week — a closing circle of sorts.
