Introduction

My name is Chris, I’m originally from Los Angeles but live in Winchester, CA. I was active duty in the Marine Corps for 22 years until I was in a motorcycle accident and medically retired. Decided to stay in the Temecula area and wanted to expanded my real estate portfolio from there. Here is where I met my better half and together we own 2 SFH and rent one out. After seeing that only one door made a little amount of money I wanted to move into apartment buildings with high numbers. I have joined a few communities to help in my journey, but I believe that this one and joint the real estate club with Grant Cardone we will be able to LP on deals and learn to be able to GP on many to expand our portfolio to over 3000 doors.

I have done some research and have some experience in the SFH, small multi-family, looked into laundromats, wholesaling, helping out with pre-foreclosures, fix and flips, I do consult on private money lending with a company now as well.
