I have spent the vast majority of my life in some form of turmoil. At some point as a child I decided life wouldnβt always be like this.
So I started adopting coping skills that lead me into and through some of the hardest moments of my life. Through all of those experiences I realized a had a solid philosophy and started to share it with others.
MoβHaThaβSa is the catch phrase used to remind us that if we have just a tiny bit more happy than sad at the end of the day we can call that day a win! Couple this with new perspectives and gratitude and we have a whole new way of experiencing life.
