Why Physical Strength Matters: Building physical strength isn't about just lifting heavier weights or achieving a certain physique. It is about empowering yourself to break through barriers, both physically and mentally. Strength training enhances confidence, resilience, and overall well-being. And, let's face a hard truth here... STRENGTH IS NEVER A WEAKNESS How do we do it: Focus on compound movements that engage multiple muscle groups. Whether you are working out at home or in a gym, try incorporating the Big 3 into your routine: 1. Squats - A powerhouse move for building lower body strength (also the perfect analogy for life; something heavy weighing you down and you must rise) 2. Deadlifts - Perfect for building your back, glutes, hamstrings (a well executed deadlift will require every muscle in the body to activate) 3.
