Personal Development
Many people are mystified about the true concept of personal development believing that it is rooted in journaling, meditation, and other endeavors that favor emotional development. In fact, it is so much more than that and requires dedication to building physical strength, increasing mental capacity (learning) and blends in the emotional through meditation, prayer, reflection, etc. The best philosophy is the one we subscribe to and also the one that we prescribe. An overweight person in poor physical health is the same as a fit person who never reflects… they are both have shortcomings as it relates to true personal development and will remain in a constant state of falling short of goals, results, and outcomes.

Thursday Stoicism
Difficulty comes from our lack of confidence -Seneca What this statement means to me is that hardship only lives in our ability to rationalize fear. The more consistent we become, the more disciplined that we live, the more self-imposed adversity we create, and the more that we achieve can all lead to the building of greater confidence.
