Here's a simple 30-minute 1:1 structure you can steal:
  • 10 min- Metrics and pipeline since last week/meeting (no surprises).
  • 10 min- Go deep on one deal and skill gap
  • 10 min- agree on 1 concrete action before the next 1:1
