Introducing Phase 2 of the Monk Mode Challenge! 💡
Alright fam, first off, huge congrats to everyone who’s pushed through these first 30 days of Monk Mode. Y’all have been putting in the work, and I see the dedication. 💪🏾
Now, for those ready to keep going, I’m excited to kick off Phase 2 of the Monk Mode Challenge! We’re extending the challenge another 30 days and starting right after we wrap up the first round. This next phase is all about raising our "Standard of Excellence". We’re aiming to make these habits automatic, rewiring our brains to operate at our highest potential every day.
Here’s How Phase 2 Works:
  • Every day you complete all tasks (workout, diet, meditation, journaling, reading, etc.), you get a “win.”
  • The goal is to build the longest winning streak possible. Each win stacks onto the next, building that streak day by day.
Rules to Remember:
  • A win means you’ve checked off every task on your tracker.
  • If you miss even one, your streak resets to zero, but no worries—just start a new one the next day and keep pushing!
New Members & Anyone Needing a Break:
If you’re a new member or haven’t been here the full 30 days, no pressure to jump in if you’re not ready. Start when it feels right for you, and know you can join at your own pace. This challenge is about personal growth, not perfection.
How to Participate:
  • Post a screenshot of your habit tracker and streak in the community each day to stay accountable (If you miss a day, it won't count).
The Prize:
At the end of the month, the top 2 participants with the longest winning streaks will get a special gift from me as a reward for showing up every single day.
Remember, this isn’t about pressure or being perfect—it’s about showing up for yourself and building that consistency. And if you mess up? Just reset and start fresh. The real reward is the transformation that comes from putting in the work.
