Ran my first official Marathon race!!
Griffith Park Trail Marathon โœ…๐Ÿ โ€ข TOP 10 FINALIST ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ Iโ€™m truly still unpacking last weekend but all I can say is that God is the GREATEST! I was only able to finish through pure faith and willpower because everything else in my body was shutting down 16 miles into the race. This marathon was bigger than just a race. Itโ€™s been my life. From the steep elevation, rough terrain and uphill battles, to having to stay patient through the storms. This taught me that whatever we put our minds to we can for sure achieve. I went into this marathon not knowing that this terrain was one of the HARDEST trails in the world. I intended to just finish, thatโ€™s all I was telling myself. I wasnโ€™t worried about pace or timing. I just wanted to reach the finish line. All I remember is telling myself, โ€œChi, one foot in front of the other, you canโ€™t stop nowโ€ . 4 hrs and 44 mins later I finished in the TOP 10 ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ˜ญ I just want to thank everyone who has been supporting me in my journey throughout these last 20 weeks of training. Your words of encouragement mean more than you think. But now itโ€™s back to locked in mode. Back to tracking and back to the habits I have been doing that got me here. Back to DAY 1 ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ

Read 10+ Pages of Non-Fiction ๐Ÿ“˜ Fuel your mind with wisdomโ€”personal growth, finance, psychology, faith, mindset. Real ones read daily. 4. Daily Journaling ๐Ÿ“ Write your thoughts, lessons, struggles, wins. This is your mental mirror. Reflection creates clarity. 5. Prayer & Meditation (5โ€“10 min minimum) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ Silence the noise. Tap in spiritually. Strengthen your relationship with your Creatorโ€”and with your higher self. 6.
