Read 10+ Pages of Non-Fiction ๐ Fuel your mind with wisdomโpersonal growth, finance, psychology, faith, mindset. Real ones read daily. 4. Daily Journaling ๐ Write your thoughts, lessons, struggles, wins. This is your mental mirror. Reflection creates clarity. 5. Prayer & Meditation (5โ10 min minimum) ๐๐พ Silence the noise. Tap in spiritually. Strengthen your relationship with your Creatorโand with your higher self. 6. NO VICES โ This is non-negotiable. - No smoking - No alcohol - No drugs - No adult content Your energy is sacredโprotect it like it matters. 7.
