Today was basically the worst way I could have possibly started this Journey. Today, I Fell and hurt my Knee While playing street football. That‘s why I Wasn‘t able to Train today and this injury sets me WEEKS back. I still feel it in my bone. I also ate a cookie from a friend, which made me Break my Sugar fast. I‘m looking for tips from y‘all on how I Shall Avoid such cheap dopamine from Sugar, Even though ist all around me. I‘m curious to hear Y‘Alls Reportages of the day!
