This is a gentle, daily challenge to helps us add more movement to our days without pressure, guilt, or the need for perfection.
This challenge is all about:

🎉 celebration!
Every small movement that is meaningful to you counts, from a walk around the block to stretching while your coffee brews. You don’t have to track reps or time if you don't want. And you can if you do!
This is your space to show up, move in whatever way speaks to you, and share your wins with the group.
Here’s what to know:
✅ A new “More Movement” post will be pinned to the top of the community feed
✅ You can join any day and come and go as you please
✅ All levels and all goals are welcome
✅ Check in with your movement win, big or small
✅ Encourage others by cheering them on in the comments
