Burnout
You're working hard, fighting through fatigue and frustration, Willing yourself to continue to push forward to the results you've been working towards. It's painful, It's messy, It's imperfect, And yet we do it anyway because that is what we call growth and progress. But is there a better way to work? Is there a way to get our work done without burning out? Have you felt burned out in the past? What did you do about it? Do you believe that people are too proud to admit they're burned out? Do you think burnout is just a fancy word for weakness? Are you feeling burned out? If so, drop a comment below and let's talk about it.

Zero Based Thinking
If You Weren’t Already Doing This, Would You Start Today? That’s the core of Zero-Based Thinking (ZBT)—a brutal, liberating question that forces you to reexamine everything: projects, relationships, habits, even beliefs. ZBT doesn’t care about sunk costs or how much effort you’ve invested. It’s about asking yourself: • Does this still align with who I am or where I’m going? • If I wasn’t already doing this, would I choose it now? It’s not easy—ZBT hurts. Letting go of things that no longer serve you feels uncomfortable, even wrong. But clinging to the past out of habit or fear costs you something bigger: your future. Here’s the challenge: • What’s one thing in your life that wouldn’t make the cut if you started fresh? • If you’re holding on, why? Let’s talk—what’s your take on Zero-Based Thinking? Does it resonate? Or does it feel too extreme?
