Maintaining Consistency
Why You Keep Starting Over Most people think they need more motivation. They don't. Motivation is unreliable. Some days you'll wake up excited. Other days, opening your laptop feels like climbing Mount Everest. The people who make progress aren't the ones who always feel motivated. They're the ones who make it easy to start. This week, try this: Instead of saying: ❌ "I'm going to work for 3 hours." Say: ✅ "I'm going to work for 10 minutes." Once you start, you'll usually keep going. The hardest part is almost never the work. It's starting. 👇 What's one thing you've been putting off this week?
