2. Choose Your IntentionPick ONE feeling you want to anchor yourself to this season:calm, connection, steadiness, lightness, patience, etc.This becomes your compass for the rest of the experiment.
3. Simplify Today’s MenuDon’t start this week drained.Pick the easiest version of meals today — leftovers, crockpot, freezer stash — whatever frees up mental bandwidth.
