I’ve learned over the years that gold panning isn’t just about finding gold—it’s about learning how to read the land, how to be patient, and how to enjoy the process.
A lot of people think you need expensive gear or years of experience to get started… truth is, you don’t. Some of the best days I’ve had came from the simplest setups and just paying attention.
