Introducing myself

Hey all!

My name is Josh and I am currently an inside sales agent in the residential space. I am also currently in the process of pivoting my career working for a commercial brokerage that specializes in mobile home parks. But my big goal is to actually invest in MHPs and RV parks.

I am based in Delaware, but I work for a residential team in San Diego.

I am not 100% sure which markets I will be targeting, but most likely the mid-atlantic region and some southern states.

I am hoping to learn as much as I can from the courses here and the members as well!
